256 Channel 5V 10A Cylindrical Cell Tester with Horizontal Tray and Energy Regenative Function

 

Ⅰ.Main Function

● Modular manufacturing is adopted, with strong universality and easy maintenance.

● Four wire method is adopted to improve the measurement accuracy.

● Each battery channel has a completely independent constant current and voltage source, which forms a loop and does not affect each other.

● The equipment adopts the control mode of whole machine process transmission.

● The sampling speed is fast, and the inspection time of the whole cabinet is ≤8s.

● Complete windows platform software with powerful functions, friendly man-machine interface and simple operation. The upper computer can set up to 64 work steps and 256 cycles. 

Each formation step can be selected by four attributes: constant current charging, constant voltage charging, constant current discharge and sleep.

● Be able to draw the dynamic curve of each battery in real time,  including voltage / time curve, current / time curve, capacity / time curve, energy / time curve, capacity / voltage curve and other functional menus.

● LED indicator is used to indicate the working state of the battery.

● Communication mode: TCP / IP.

● Each upper computer can monitor up to 22 devices.

● It has the function of data power failure protection, and can continue to operate when there is an incoming call.

● The lower computer can work offline for a long time.

● The software has the functions of file editing and modification of chemical composition and volume separation process library, new    monitoring, opening and closing documents, printing and setting.

Power Efficiency

The charging and discharging power supply adopts energy-saving power  supply, and the battery discharge  energy is fed back to the power grid.

The maximum efficiency of power  charging output shall not be less than 70%, and the maximum efficiency of power recovery shall not be less than 65%

Equipment Stability

The equipment has good long-term operation stability. After precision  calibration, it shall not exceed the agreed precision control range within 6 months.

Ⅲ、AC / DC Bidirectional Power Supply

The equipment power supply adopts energy-saving AC / DC bidirectional power supply with high charging efficiency, and the battery discharge energy is fed back to the power grid.

Part of the battery discharge energy is used by the power supply itself, the other part is used by other charging equipment, and the rest is fed back to the power grid for other equipment.
