Device Function Description
This machine is mainly used for making and winding cylindrical lithium-ion battery (cell). The working process is as follows:
after the positive and negative plates are unwinded actively, they are connected with the active unwinding diaphragm through the tension control, dust removal device, deviation correction device and static electricity
elimination respectively after welding the electrode lug and sticking the protective glue. Then they are introduced into the winding part and combined and wound according to the process requirements, and the termination tape is attached to realize the full-automatic film making, winding, automatic unloading and reaming (except for the ceramic diaphragm) during blanking, After short-circuit detection, the defective products are removed to the defective product box, and the good products are transported by the conveyor belt, and then transferred to the next process by the manipulator.
