Application

This test equipment simulates the damage caused by the sun's ultraviolet light, and tests the weather resistance of the material by exposing the tested material to light at a controlled high temperature. It uses an ultraviolet lamp tube to simulate the radiation effect of sunlight, and simulates dew and rain through condensation and water spray. In just a few days or weeks, the ultraviolet radiation equipment can reproduce what takes months or even years outdoors. Damages that only occur over time, including fading, color change, tarnishing, chalking, cracking, cracking, wrinkling, blistering, embrittlement, strength reduction, oxidation, etc. The test results can be used to select new materials and improve current performance. There are materials, or changes in material formulations are evaluated.
