Description

1.Introduction

The planetary vacuum mixer is an all-round new model that combines the principles and composition of the traditional double planetary mixer and the high-speed disperser. It is currently widely used in many fields.

Based on the original vacuum planetary mixer, our company has developed an enhanced power mixer with the characteristics of higher speed and greater torque for the characteristics of high solid content and high viscosity of the slurry. In the design process, the agitator speed, mixing power, dispersion linear velocity, suspension level, liquid flow pattern and the distribution of turbulence intensity in the barrel were fully considered. The machine is composed of base, beam, column, sealing cover, and material tank, transmission and electronic control system composition.

Temperature measurement method

The temperature measuring rod directly measures the temperature, the temperature measuring point is 1/3 away from the bottom of the material tank, and a rotating conductive device is installed inside. The temperature measuring head contacts the material, and the temperature is measured accurately.

Barrel positioning

The arc-shaped plate is used to lift and place the fixed block, and a flange structure is set on the cover of the kettle to ensure the center positioning.

4.Mixing shaft and paddle

Low-speed stirring shaft

Two-shaft twist paddle; high-speed stirring shaft: 1 high-speed shaft, 1 Φ60 dispersion disc on the shaft (the height can be adjusted arbitrarily). (Scrape the side and the bottom)

Shaft and blade

The surface is polished, and the dispersion plate is dynamically balanced. G6.3. The distance between the stirring paddle and the bottom of the barrel is 2mm, the distance between the stirring paddle and the barrel wall is 3-4mm, and the distance between the paddle and the paddle is 4-5mm.
