High speed: max linear speed can be up to 23M/S, can form turbulence mixing everywhere inside of vessel quickly, shorten a lot of dispersion time (save time up to 30%-50%); granularity of battery paste is small and the uniformity of the paste is very good after mixing which can effectively avoid granule reunion.

On the basis of traditional planetary power mixer and the features of lithium battery and capacitance slurry, we developed the enhanced planetary power mixer with higher speed and greater torque. It is suitable for dry powder for lithium battery anode and cathode slurry. Through our design, we fully considered the reasonable stirrer speed, the stirrer power, dispersing linear speed and proper twist-shaped stirrer, which can reduce the resistance of high-viscosity material and change the distribution of turbulence of intensity in the vessel. Our new designed Double Planetary Power Mixer is more efficient and steady, and the strengthened twist-shaped stirrer can process high-viscosity slurry.

In sealing structure, there are three sets of mechanical sealing, along with soft and static sealing to ensure reliable sealing performance. In slurry temperature control part, an unique temperature measuring technology is adopted,planetary box and temperature measuring rod orbit together, P100 sensor is used to contact with the material directly, which makes the measurement more accurate, reaction more sensitive and accuracy higher ( error is between ±1.0℃).

Based on the features of lithium battery and capacitance slurry, we innovated a new mixing mode which uses onebody molded twisted stirrer to make clockwise revolution movement and rotation movement. The gap between two stirrers, stirrer and vessel wall, stirrer and vessel bottom is small.
