Instructions

1. Battery placement: When the mold is opened, put the battery into the positioning groove of the lower mold, with the negative side facing up, put it straight and smooth, hold the oil unloading valve handwheel, tighten it in a clockwise direction, and rotate it to the limit Location is fine.

2. Battery disassembly: continuously pry the hand lever up and down, the jack rises and pressurizes the mold to close the mold. When you hear a "Pa", the disassembly is completed, and the pressure gauge of the disassembly pressure reads about 80-100kg/cm2.

3. Take out the battery: Hold the oil unloading valve handwheel and unscrew half a turn counterclockwise, and the sealing mold will automatically open. After the mold is opened, take out the battery. (The handwheel is equipped with limit points in both the forward and reverse directions, which can avoid excessive rotation and cause the steel ball seal ring of the oil unloading valve to fall out and oil leakage)
