Introduction

This product is suitable for the vacuum baking process of battery pole pieces and batteries to be injected in the production process of lithium batteries. Using industry-leading uniform temperature technology, the temperature fluctuates ±2℃; the vacuum chamber can maintain -0.098Mpa for ≥24 hours; multiple quality and safety protections are ideal equipment to ensure the drying effect.

Electrical features

1. The temperature control adopts AISET three-position PID temperature controller, which has high temperature control resolution.

2. The temperature measuring probe is a special model made by Taiwan Hualing, which is placed at the back of the vacuum chamber to quickly and truly reflect the working temperature.

3. The triple over-temperature protection device automatically cuts off the heating when the set temperature is exceeded to ensure the safety of materials and equipment.

4. Equipped with timing stop function, it will start timing after constant temperature, it will stop automatically when baking time is over, and each layer can be timed independently.

5. Each layer of air conveying fans can be turned on independently, and can be used as a cooling fan when heating is stopped.

6. Use high-quality SUS stainless steel seamless electric heating tube, which heats up quickly, saves energy and is durable.

Structural features

1. The vacuum cavity is heated by surrounding hot air, and the circulating air duct design is innovated to ensure high precision and uniform temperature in the cavity.

2. The inner cavity material is T3.9mm high-quality SUS stainless steel, which is resistant to the corrosion of battery slurry and electrolyte.

3. Multi-layer thermal insulation materials form a closed thermal insulation layer to prevent the loss of thermal insulation and effectively solve the problems of adjacent warehouse string temperature and outer wall heating.

4. The door is a double-layer tempered glass structure with over-pressure protection function. When the air pressure in the cavity is too high, it can automatically deflate to restore the air pressure in the cavity to the allowable range.

5. A heterosexual silicone sealing ring is equipped between the vacuum chamber and the door, and the -0.098Mpa state in the chamber can be maintained for more than 24 hours.
