1、 Introduction

2、 Structure

The vacuum glove box is mainly composed of box and bracket. If the user has other special requirements, it can also be designed or specially made according to the needs. There are two glove operation interfaces on the conventional standard box. The front of the operation box is toughened glass, with wide viewing angle and no dead angle. There is a super bright fluorescent strip with cover on the top of the box. The operator can clearly observe the operation process in the box, so that the operation process can be displayed in front of the operator. There are two vacuum ball valves (one for G1 / 2 "and one for G1 / 4" respectively) on the box and transition cabin, and there are pagoda joints on the ball valve（ Φ 16、 Φ 10 each), which can be used to connect the intake and exhaust hose. A vacuum pressure gauge on the box and the transition chamber is used to measure and check the vacuum degree of the box and the transition chamber (vacuum pressure gauge is grade 2.5, measuring range - 0.1-0 MPa, joint thread M14x1.5).

There are two spare vacuum ball valves on the right side of the box, both inside and outside Φ 6 Baota joints (2x2), users can use them as required, and can be connected to the box when water or air is needed. A vacuum electrode is installed on the right side of the box, and a porous socket is installed in the box through the vacuum electrode. One vacuum ball valve for balance is installed on the left and right sides of the box, and there are tower joints and connecting hoses on it. When vacuum is drawn, connect the tower joint on the glove cover plate to keep the pressure balance inside and outside the glove.

3、 Features

1. The whole box is made of SUS304 stainless steel plate and reinforced. The inner surface is polished and the outer surface is sprayed with plastic. The box is solid, corrosion-resistant and easy to clean.

2. The front of the operation box is tempered glass, which has a wide perspective without dead angle.

3. The box is equipped with lighting and multi hole socket, which can be heated locally by electric furnace.

4. Rubber gloves are used for operation, and the seal is reliable and durable.

5. The sealing door device is a patented product with novel design, reliable sealing and convenient opening.

6. There are spare pagoda joints inside and outside, which can be used for water intake and drainage, air intake and exhaust.

7. The two doors inside and outside the transition cabin solve the problems of easy access and vacuum.

8. The power strut inside and outside the transition cabin solves the problem of convenient door opening. When opening the door, just release it completely and lift it gently.
